Prices include (for all package types):

  • Floor space, electrical connection power up to 1kW
  • Listing in the official website of the Conference and link to your homepage
  • Full Admission for designated person(s) to conference presentations and proceedings
    ( 9m2 to 27 m2: for one person; 28m2 to 54 m2: for two persons; more than 54 m2: three persons)
  • Listing of your company in the official Catalogue of Exhibitors and 1 page (black & white) to present your Company Profile in the Catalogue of Exhibitors (colour extra charge)

The Full Service Package includes:

  • The above mentioned services
  • Carpeting, back and side walls, fascia with company name, cleaning service
  • Additionally for each unit of 9 m2: 2 chairs, 1 table, lamps/ spotlights, 1 wastepaper bin

Special Exhibitor's Sponsor Package*
Includes:
  • status as official co-host of the Welcome Reception
  • company name printed on all individual invitations as official sponsor and co-host of the Welcome Reception and named as Sponsor in the Catalogue of Exhibitors
  • 2 pages in the Catalogue of Exhibitors (instead of one)
  • 10% discount on the rental fee of the first 20m2 of the Exhibition space
  • one free Conference registration including the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM
3.500 € + VAT

The down payment (100.-€/m2) and all further payments must be transferred within 30 days after date of invoice.
All bank charges must be covered by the Exhibitor.

For cancellation: until 90 days before the event the down payment will be retained, afterwards the full amount has to be paid.

Late payment will cause a surcharge of 10%.
