²⁾ Full time students only. To qualify for the reduced fee, applications from students must be accompanied by a copy of a valid student ID card and/or a valid document, showing the date of birth (maximum age 30). The copy of the card must be sent by fax to ETA-Florence Renewable Energies +39 055 573425 or scanned and sent by e-mail to registration@etaflorence.it. The original ID card must be shown during registration at the Conference.
³⁾ Proceedings of the Conference will be sent to the address indicated in the form (if included in your registration fee).

Do you need an appropriate room for your group meetings?
A large range of rooms are available. Please feel free to contact us for bookings.

Payment

Payment for registration must be made in EURO. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee. Advanced payment is highly recommended since this will considerably accelerate your registration procedure upon your arrival in Milan.
If you need a Proforma invoice in order to process the payment , please send an email request to registration@etaflorence.it

We strongly recommend registering as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees. Please remind not to use the bank transfer from 9 June 2012 (bank transfer might not arrive in time for the start of the 20th EU BC&E).

Name Change

All registration are only valid for the respective person mentioned in the Registration Form. A registered participant unable to attend the conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying in writing to registration@etaflorence.it before 4 June 2012. The procedure requires giving the last name, first name and e-mail address of the new participant. However, we cannot change the Invoice or make any other changes.

On arrival at the Milano Convention Centre - MiCo all participants have to register themselves at the Conference Registration Desk. The desk will remain open during the following hours:

In case of cancellation of the registration before 27 April 2012, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds can be made thereafter.
