The exhibition space is perfectly integrated on the same level as the conference areas. Spaces are available in different sizes starting from 9 sqm and larger stand sizes are available at special booking conditions. Outdoor exhibition area is available.

• CD-ROM 'Exhibitors' Information': product innovations of exhibitors collected and distributed with the press kits 'Information Material' to all journalists and media representatives during the event

In order to ease the preparation of your participation we have developed the Full Service Package. It incorporates exhibition space featuring a fully-equipped stand.

The rental fee is EUR 310/sqm + VAT. 

For a reasonable fee, a wide range of extra items may be provided: furniture, extra spotlights, additional electrical power, internet connection and audio-visual equipment.

If you wish to bring your Own Stand, the rental fee is EUR 265/sqm. This rate includes the exhibition space and electrical power connection of up to 1 kW. Standard carpeting may be made available upon request.

According to the booked exhibition space (Full Service Package or Own Stand) you will receive free admission/s to the Conference, as follows: 

- 9 sqm - 18 sqm: free admission for one person
- 19 sqm - 36 sqm: free admission for two persons
- more than 36 sqm: free admission for three persons

The admission provides access to all sessions of the Conference.

Information regarding transport, mounting and dismantling schedule, order form for extra items, handling of formalities for temporary import, etc. will be available from January 2012.

Increase your company and product exposure by becoming a Sponsor of the Welcome Reception. This opportunity is exclusively available for companies participating as exhibitor. The cost is EUR 3,500 + VAT. The number of sponsors is limited.

This sponsorship comprises:

• Status as official sponsor of the Welcome Reception
• The name of your company included on the Sponsors' Wall at the exhibition site, in the List of Sponsors on the event website, in the Catalogue of Exhibitors and on the invitation to the Welcome Reception
• The presentation of your company with a two-page advertisement in the Catalogue of Exhibitors
• 10% discount on rental fees for exhibition space for the first 18 sqm of your stand
• One additional free conference admission

Please note: This sponsorship can only be booked in connection with the rental of a stand.
