Sponsor of the Welcome Reception

This opportunity is exclusively available for companies participating as exhibitor. The cost is EUR 3,500 + VAT. The number of sponsors is limited.

This sponsorship comprises:

  • Status as official sponsor of the Welcome Reception
  • The name of your company included on the Sponsors' Wall at the exhibition site, in the List of Sponsors on the event website, in the Catalogue of Exhibitors and on the invitation to the Welcome Reception
  • The presentation of your company with a two-page advertisement in the Catalogue of Exhibitors
  • 10% discount on rental fees for exhibition space for the first 18 sqm of your stand
  • One additional free conference admission

Please note: This sponsorship can only be booked in connection with the rental of a stand.
